Pacific Paradise Pools is a DBA of Best Contracting LLC. These terms govern your use of this website. In them, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Best Contracting LLC, trading as Pacific Paradise Pools. By using the site or submitting a form on it, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website you accept these terms in full. We may update them from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies.
2. Use of the site
You may view and print pages from this site for your own use in considering our services. You may not republish, sell or systematically extract material from it without our consent.
3. Estimates, pricing and services
Anything shown on this site is general information, not a quotation. Pool, spa, landscape and hardscape work is priced against the specific site, access, materials and conditions, and only a written estimate issued by us is binding. Photographs of completed work show projects we have carried out and are not a promise of a particular result.
4. Consent to communications
When you submit a form you may separately, and optionally, agree to receive SMS messages from us. Both consents are optional and neither is a condition of receiving a quote or any other service. If you do not agree, we will still receive your enquiry and will contact you by the other means you have given us.
If you do consent, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to stop at any time by calling (714) 437-7665 or (949) 756-8442.
We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information obtained as part of the SMS consent process is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Accuracy of materials
We take care over what appears here, but the site may contain errors and is provided as is. We do not warrant that the material is complete, current or error free.
6. Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or inability to use, this website.

We are not responsible for the contents of any site we link to. A link is not an endorsement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
